I see a "System Error" message when uploading an image
The "System Error" message when attempting an image upload occurs due to the process timing out. We recommend that you use an image under 1 MB to ensure a successful upload. Try saving your image at a smaller size and uploading it again; dimensions around 800px should achieve the desired file size. If you continue to have trouble, you can also send your image file to us, and we will handle the resizing and upload for you.
